PainlessPDF is a browser-based PDF utility. You may use it for lawful personal or business purposes.
No warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every PDF will be processed correctly, that the service will always be available, or that output files will be suitable for every print or publishing workflow.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing exported files before relying on them in production, print, compliance, or archival settings. Keep backups of original documents.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service in violation of applicable law, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the normal operation of the site.
Paid offerings
Any paid plan, launch pass, or custom workflow arrangement may include additional scope, pricing, and delivery details described at the point of sale or in a separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
